It depends on the version of ICM you are using. What version of ICM do you have?

I dont have ICM yet.Trying to figure out if there is a version that will work with CCM 3.1

I work primarily with call manager and do not do much with ICM at all, but I have been told the latest version of ICM like 4.6 something works with Call Manager 3.1. So there is a version out there just not sure of the exact one. There is a forum just for IPCC. Right off the main it is called Contact Center.
