CallManager and NAT

We are trying to implement a centralized call manager solution to serve 3 branch offices from one HQ location. We are planning to use 2600 routers at all branch locations with a voice/data T1. If we are using Private IP addresses and NAT functionality at the branch offices, how will address resolution take place at the branch locations, when call-manager sends the call to the branch location's router?

First off, I'll assume this is a private point to point T1 since Cisco doesn't recommend VoIP over the Internet. (Problems with latency, Jitter, no SLA's, etc)

Second, why are you using NAT at the remote offices toward the Hub site?
