CallManager and Unity Backup

Good Morning.

We have Cisco CallManager and Unity running in our district. Our CM server has the DAT drive, and we are backing it up to this drive. When we upgraded to Unity (from uOne) we lost the ability to back up Unity to the same drive.

We use Veritas BackupExec to backup all of our Novell servers. Can I use the remote agents for Win2K to backup my CM and Unity servers? Is that allowed by TAC? I'm guessing that I'd need the Exchange agent for the Unity server. Anything else that I'd need?
