In the Attendant Console there is a question mark next to my ext. ?1016 and all of the icons at the top of the screen are grayed out. How can I change this so I can make calls through the attendant and use the program?
The call control isn't working. Most likely you haven't associated the device you are trying to control, that is, your phone, and the ac user. From ccmadmin, go to the global directory and edit the Attendant Console user. Associate the user with the device. And you should be good to go.
