CallManager Attendant Console

We are using the attendant console for a distributed call handling group. Members of the group go online in the attendant console to start receiving calls, I need to know which attendant console members are online and handling calls. Is there any way to do this? We are using CM3.1

You can use the "callmanager real-time monitoring tool to view the number of active calls, number of registered users, .... !(real-time)

You can also check this in the performance monitor of the server.

The attendant console application is extremely limited in what it can do. There is no mechanism for reporting, either real-time or historical, and no "supervisor" function to view operator/agent state. If you want that type of capability with the version of CM that you have then you will need to purchase CRS 2.2 or use a 3rd party app. such as ArcSolutions' Console Connect.

Thanks, I'd completely forgotten about the AST and what it could do!
