Callmanager BIOS Version

Any one in world faced this issue before ?

CCM 5.0(1) installation on DL 380 g4 platform (7835 ) Stops with an error " CORRECT THE BIOS VERSION FOR MCS 7835H-3400 "

i did :

1. Upgrade my BIOS to version 10/10/2005

2. Downgrade BIOS version

3. Instlled Latest BIOS version

4. Changed the CPU

but non of them helped , the platform is 100 % cisco approved platform

HELP!!!!

Workaround:

Adjust BIOS settings to enable the SATA RAID.

Server Type: MCS-7825-H1-IPC1

Must be running BIOS version D18 (03/04/2005 or later).

Must manually configure SATA Software RAID to Enabled within the BIOS (F9 during boot).

During boot cycle (after BOOT AGENT configuration and before OS boot), user will be presented with:

ROM-Based Setup Utility

System Maintenance Window

PXE Boot

Select

Using arrow keys, select Advanced Options (press Enter)

Using arrow keys, select SATA Software RAID (press Enter)

Using arrow keys, select Enabled (press Enter)

Press to Close Menu

Press to Exit Utility

Press to Confirm Exit

Allow server to boot normally with installation DVD in drive.

Hi

Well it is not 7825 so the Hard drive is not SATA and it is SCSI ,

also in RBSU there no option for SATA Software RAID since the RAID is SCSI not SATA

please advice

i have bypassed all Hardware detection steps in installation media

We have the same problem. How do we bypass all hardware detection in installation media?
