I have been asked by HR to run 30-day and 60-day reports on certain directory numbers. From there I need to break the incoming calls down to calls coming through my IPCC auto attendants and calls coming from directly dialing the extension (internal phone calls). How can I pull these numbers from the system?
Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,
You could analyze the CDR records with Cisco CAR on CallManager.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/5_0_1/car/caranrpt.html
For IPCC you can use Cisco's CRA Historical Reports
hope this helps, please rate below if so.

Hi Justin,
Unfortunately those tools are not granular enough and the CM reporting tool will only return 5 pages at a time. It would take too much time using those tools.
I'm hoping that there's other Cisco tools or third party applications that can do what I want in a few minutes rather than hours of manual sorting.
