CallManager DC Directory

Hi

During an upgrade av Callmanager 4.0(2) to 4.1(3) we encounted a problem with the upgrade due to DC directory. After roll back the DC directory failed to start (status starting in windows services). I found nothing within cisco.com related to this problem only with re-initialising the subscriber and datbase size. Has anyone encounted a similar problem? My customer has also informed me that he has experinced users disappearing from the database. As a result of this is that we have had to restore the entire system. Any advice to prevent this happening in the future would be appreciated.

Hi Peter,

Dont remember any known issue for the upgrade at this moment, but will check.

Do you have the Install logs and EV for that moment.?

Please gather the following:

-Install logs: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Cisco\Logs

-EV in .evt format

-OS version
