Is defragmentation of the CallManager disks a recommended or supported maintenance task ? If so do you use the inbuilt Windows 2000 defragmentation tool? Do you stop any services such as SQL before running it ? I am on version 4.0.1 the CallManagers are MCS7825 (single IDE drive).
I don't think that there are any approved 3rd party defragmentation programs for Call Manager so the built in Windows 2000 defragmentation tool is your only choice. If anyone knows different please respond.
