CallManager Directory issues

I have a problem that seems to have "apeared" out of know where.I have a Publisher and subsriber (3.2).Things have been running fine.But all of a sudden when they are trying to access Web attendent,directories(personal/speed dials) and the art tool a screen pops up stating "Authorization

required" No passwords seem to work.Any suggestions????

Cisco CallManager uses an Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory to store authentication and authorization information about users of Cisco CallManager applications, which interface with the Cisco CallManager. Authentication establishes the user right to access the system, while authorization identifies the telephony resources that a user is permitted to use, such as a specific telephone extension. If there is a problem with this process, it could manifest itself in the manner described.
