Callmanager Errors

Im getting the following Errors on the Eventviewer from my CCM:

Event Type: Error

Event Source: Cisco CTIManager

Event Category: None

Event ID: 3

Date: 10/6/2006

Time: 4:51:56 PM

User: N/A

Computer: MY-CCM

Description:

Error: kCtiLineOpenFailure - Unable to open the line

UNKNOWN_PARAMTYPE:CTI Connection Id: 1

Device Name: SEP0014F25A0312

Directory Number: 331

UNKNOWN_PARAMTYPE:Reason .: -1932787707

App ID: Cisco CTIManager

Cluster ID: StandAloneCluster

Node ID: MY-CCM

Explanation: Application is unable to open the line

Recommended Action: Check if the device is in the control list..

What does it means "Check if the device is in the control list"??

Jay:

Check to see if the device (SEP0014F25A0312) is associated with the jtapi user (it appears to be a CTI device). Go to CCMAdmin->Users, then search for your jtapi user and check device association to be sure it is in the list.

The Device is associated with the Jtapi User, the User has the CTI Option enabled but cant register to the IPCC Ent Envirement. I deassociate then reassociate it with the Jtapi User and it still doesnt work.

You may need to take a look at the group policy on that user. I've run into an issue with GP producing those errors, once about every second. They dont seem to cause any harm, but they will fill up your Event Logs.
