Hello,
I have a receptionists phone with monitor lines configured. Since I upgraded to cme3.3, when the phone goes off hook, all the monitor lines goes off hook as well.
As a result the receptionists cannot push the monitor line to contact a person. The phone has to be on hook to do this.
Is this a bug or misconfiguration issue. I have the transfer-system full-consult dss command under telephony service.

This sounds like this bug;

First Found-in Version 12.4(3)
Symptom:
With a monitored line
If the user presses the button the phone automatically rings that DN.
If however you pick up the handset or press the speaker button first then hit the monitored line the phone goes silent and stays that way indefinitely.
There is no listed workaround :( but I thought that you would want to see this anyways.
