CallManager Hunt Groups

Does anyone know if the Hunt Groups have improved in 3.2? In 3.1 they were a bit flaky to say the least.

Also are you required to restart the TCD after making changes to the group? If so are there any plans to remove this step in later versions of CM?

I know in 3.1 and 3.2 you have the option to use the new attendant console application versus the web attendant application for huntgroups. If you use the new AC it has its own TCD service so you may want to give it a try. I still think you have to stop TCD when making changes. Don't know for sure.

Hunt groups work fine for us in several locations CM 3.13 we do not use web attendant but a in house developed screen-pop no issues encountred with WA under this version.
