CallManager in 2nd site cannot send calls to Unity
I have two Call Center sites and a CallManger cluster in each site. Recently, deployed Unity at one site (site A) and need to route all calls on one specific number to the Unity server. I need a way to route or transfer these calls that hit the 2nd site (site B) to the other site (site A) with the Unity server. We are using Inter-Cluster Trunking between sites for internal call transfers.
