Callmanager installation problem

Folks,

Trying to install callmanager on a non standard platform. All components of call manager gets installed including dc directory and backup, but, callmanager application does not appear. No errors during installation. when i try to run installation again, i get a message that callmanager is already installed.

any ideas?

Well first, what do you mean by a non-standard platform? What version of CM?

Second you can check the install logs for any errors that the system had while installing. What this sounds like is that some of the services did not get registered and are not starting.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Cisco\Logs.
