CallManager Phone Log

Would anyone know if the CallManager keeps a log of calls? And if so where is it located on the CallManager.

Call Detail Records (CDR) are not enabled by default, but Callmanager certainly contains this functionality. Take a look at the following link regarding enabling CDRs and using the CDR Analysis and Reporting Tool (CAR). In older versions of CCM, this was knows as the Administrative Reporting Tool (ART).
