CallManager + Preselected Ringer Types

All,

How could distinctive ring settings on CCM 3.3

IP Phone sets be automatically set to a predetermined

ring type (i.e. Ring 2) for lines during deployment?

BAT doesn't seem to have settings for this. . .

For instance, using a few 7960s, the sixth line

appearance could be for a shared "main listed

number"; and you want them to have "Ring 3" as the

distinctive ring for that appearance only without

any end-user interaction, how can you automate

that during deployment?

You can configure the phone ringer sound on a per-phone basis. Maximum # of ring types appears to be 50. It is not possible to assign different ringers to different lines or events - only one ringer sound can be active at the same time.
