Hi all, I see so picture:
5 minute input rate 3716000 bits/sec, 2170 packets/sec
5 minute output rate 265000 bits/sec, 224 packets/sec
eb 19 13:59:16: IP: s=10.0.0.23 (FastEthernet0/0), d=195.222.149.14 (FastEthernet0/0), len 200, rcvd 3
Feb 19 13:59:16: UDP src=24802, dst=19048
CCM sends pacets to router. Ports always different...
Why? Anybody knows?

The problem is configuration from your Call Manager. I have CCM 3.3 and CCM Publisher send many packets to Gateway (router) to different ports. Solutions ? make ACL and lock ports. But you have check the configuration from your CCM. If you speak spanish call me, (228) 8420530 Veracruz, México.

My guess is that you have MTP enabled in the CCM gateway configuration.
Ports look like UDP/RTP....

Ports sure look like UDP/RTP. CallManager will generate such packets when you have MOH configured on the CallManager, and/or when the CallManager is a software conference bridge for g711 participants.
