Callmanager Service

I've been having an issue with a fresh install of CM 3.2.2c Publisher (no cluster yet). I installed the following on a DL320 from scratch:

Installed OS 3.0.8

Installed Callmanager 3.0.8

Upgraded OS to 2000-2-3

Upgraded OS to 2000-2-3 spE

Upgraded Callmanager to 3.1.2c

Upgraded winSQL sp4.1-0-1

Upgraded Callmanager to 3.2.2c

At this point, the Callmanager service and several other services were not able to start. I even reset the SA password in SQL Enterprise Mgr, reset the password for SQLsvc in Computer Management and the services associated, and also the DBL object in Component Services. Once the SQLsvc password was changed, the SQL related services started fine, but the Callmanager services still do nothing. Is there something that I'm missing?

There could be many reasons for this. You can identify the problem by cross checking it with the caveats found in this version. The document given below can be used for finding any known bugs .
