Callmanager talking SNMP to H323 Gateways

We are currently experiencing an issue with CCM 4.1.3 SR2 sending 3 SNMP Get packet to the H323 Gateways every minute, this is using a Community String of Public. This is also only being sent on the Publisher.

This String is not set on the gateway, it is set to a different value.

The SNMP service on the Publisher has the RO community set to the same as the gateway (no others are configured).

I have checked for every service parameter and found nothing for the SNMP comm string.

Does anyone know how this can be changed.
