CallManager version 5.0(4) system logs not logging

In the CallManager system log the last message is:

Date: Aug 26

Time: 08:09:50

Machine Name: ccm-server

Severity: Notice

Process: ?łtl

Message: �

No messages were added even after CCM server reload.

The console command "show system status" shows there could be a full partition:

Executed command unsuccessfully

No valid command entered

See if other events are getting logged.Restart the server one more time and see if it is getting logged.If not restarting the Callmanager would be a better option.
