CallManager with Gatekeeper

Maybe someone has run into the same problem before:

Topology:

GW---------GK---------CM

The Gatekeeper is installed in "gatekeeper routed mode" and all H.225 signaling messages are relayed over the GK.

An incoming call is directed to the CM but the extension is busy. The CM sends out a RAS DRQ[TermCode unspecified] and a H225 ReleaseComplete[cause user busy].

As soon as the GK receives the DRQ, the TCP signaling channel is dropped and the ReleaseComplete does not reach the GW any more.

The call is properly torn down, but the problem is that the caller does not hear the busy tone because the GW did never get the information that the user is busy.

Does anybody have a similar setup? Should the GK be configured to ignore the DRQ and use the H.225 ReleaseComplete MSG to disconnect to call?

All hints are welcome, even if they do not directly address the DRQ problem, but the gatekeeper-routed mode in general.

Thanks,

Martin
