CallManager

I need to know why if you put a caller on hold in 3.03 you can not pick them back up.

Couple of questions:

Are both parties IP Phones? If so, then this is an odd problem. If not, (i.e. PSTN to IP phone call) then you would need an MTP resource registered with your CallManager or utilize MGCP (VG200).

Hit the "resume" key on your 7960 display if you are using that model of IP phone
