Callmanger 3.3.2 One-Way voice on call transfer.

I'm running into a problem with intermittent one-way voice on call transfer with Callmanager 3.3.2 SPB. It happens on calls from the PSTN. I have a 2620 with a NMHDV-1T1-24 running MGCP. IOS ver 12.2.13T.

Example:

A person calls in from the PSTN via the PRI into ext 6300. The calling party and the called party can both hear each other fine. When the user at ext:6300 transfers the call to ext:6399 the user at ext:6399 can hear the calling party but the calling party can not hear the user at ext:6399.

-Both of the phones are on the same network.

-This does not happen every time the user trys to transfer.

-I also have MOH disabled. (If that means anything)

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Scott

Re: Callmanger 3.3.2 One-Way voice on call transfer.

When the call get transfered, two IP call legs needs to be bridged togather. If that will not happen, you will see one way voice.

Need to see the running config from the gateway involved. Based on that we can trun on the debug for calls during call transfer.
