Calls disconnecting and ringing back in - ICS 7700

I have a ICS 7700 running CCM 3.2, Frequently (at least one user has reported, no others have reported yet) when on an outside call, the call will suddenly disconnect from the users IP phone and ring back in to the receptionist showing up as an outside call. This problem truly has me baffled, as it happens sometimes after several minutes on the phone.

Hi,

Do you have any SW that may intercept a call?

We need detailed CCM|SDL|CTI|SDL traces to see why call is being diverted.
