calls drop off of hold

We just upgraded to CM 4.1.3sr3a and our 7960's have load P00307020400 when a call is put on hold sometimes you can see the call gets dropped either immediately after putting it on hold or a couple of seconds later. This does not happen all the time and is unpredictable. Anyone else having this issue?

yes, both internal and external, we do not have any patterns, it just happens now and then

Yes we are running the same versions and see this happen occasionally. Please post a fix if you find one, and I will do the same.
