I don't know if Unity or CCM is killing the call. At night, we forward the main extension to voicemail. Only the first inbound call gets sent directly to voicemail. All other calls are disconnected after one ring. This problem only happens with this extension. The device is a 7960 with the sidecar configured with 14 "shared line" appearances.
Please don't reply to this conversation. I was wrong. This is happening to all the phones in the office. Forwarding the phones to voicemail disconnects incomning calls. I'll talk about this in a new conversation and ask for help.
