Calls In the Queue Getting Dropped

I am using CDS 3.0(2), IP Phone agents CCM 3.22C. Calls in the queue are getting dropped.

Caller is calling to the queue. If all the agents are busy. The call is placed in the queue after 2 mins of hold on music and announcement the call gets dropped. If no agent is available(logged off) and the call placed in the queue it works fine for one or two callers. But when multiple callers placed in the queue, call gets dropped.

This is a TAC problem, need to open a TAC case www.cisco.com/tac

I guees it is some thing to do with the timer. If it is in ICm you have to set the IVR Script timer. Problay look for som ething similar in the ICD.

I had a similar issue before, but it was because I had set the media group to only have 2 active channels while I was doing some troubleshooting. Well, I finished the troubleshooting and never set it to more than 2 channels so guess what, as soon as the third caller needed to hear a prompt or music, fast busy.
