Calls not going trough

Hello Guys,

I installed the Personal Assistance 1.4. Everything looks good, but I am not able to dial outside. My line's Partition is PAManagedEmployee and the CSS is CSS_Employee. As soon as I change the Parition to the PT_BOS_LOCAL_CAMPUS which is a local partition for our company, I can dial outside otherwise I get a massage stating "Your call cannot be completed as dialed". There's something that I am doing wrong with my Partition and CSS. Could you please help?

Have you run Dialed Number Analyzer yet? This will show the actual flow to see from the phone to the gateway what resources you are using.

You have to load DNA so if you have not, you need to load it as a plugin.
