Calls not showing in Router

Hi,

Iam using Cisco 2651XM Router with NM-HDV Card of VWIC. My E1 is terminated on that. But when calls are flowing through that particular circuit then "show voice call summary" command which generally shows the Channel Utilization i.e. which all are the channels being in use is showing nothing.

Only it shows blank channels where the call is established and running.

Need some urgent help.

If this router is using MGCP to manage the E1, this is normal behavior.

What version of IOS are you running, as I've seen the occasional odd bug when it comes to tracking/getting status on voice ports?
