Calls per line in CM 3.1

I have a customer that is having a problem where if they are on the phone and another call comes in that they want to transfer, it is not possible because the line can only support 2 calls.

I would think this is a common problem.

My customer is currently running 3.0(11)

Is there any solution for this to be found in CM 3.1

My thoughts on this are as follows:

1) You can disable call waiting on each line appearance and have incoming calls go to your roll-over lines. You now can trasfer that call.

2) You can Park the call you want to trasfer, then trasfer it once you pick it up from a different line. I don't like this solution because its basically doing the same thing as step 1, without diabling call waiting.

I'd be curious if Dave has any other suggestions....but this is how I've gotten around it.

#1 sounds good to me, that is always what I suggest. #2 seems like a bit of extra work but it should get around the issue.
