Can access VM only one at a time ...

Ok, new install, Unity 3.1.3 and CCM 3.1.3a ... TSP 6.0.2 loaded and tested (rebooted Unity twice as per earlier mention by Keith, JIC) ... 16 voice-ports, all added to the AllPartitions CCS (we have three Partitions, 3 site Centralized design) and assigned to the InternalPartition (to which all phones are assigned) ... we have 3 main Call Handlers ... when checking VM w/ Messages button, the first gets in (hits first, and the main, CH) but all others get a busy either by hitting Messages button OR by dialing the main CH ... however, if the 2nd user dials another CH, stars out, enters information, he gets in ... what could it be? and where should I look? TIA<br><br>CCM/Unity hack<br>Hope to be good one day ...

did that ... no effect, except now two users can get in with the Messages button, and the third gets a "Line in use" message ... very strange ... now trying to remove and reinstall the 16 voice ports, but the main port, VM1, refuses to go away ... still struggling ...
