Can call between ATA in different network dialing ip address? How do it?

I have two ATA in different LAN network connected through WAN links.

Can call the one ATA to other dialing the remote ATA ip address?

yes, but you will have to configure dialpeers on the routers , then on phone can call the other.

I can´t define dial-peer. The IOS not support dial-peer definitions.
