What is the IOS required to run VoFR in any of the boxes of Cisco 175x or Cisco 1760?

I don't believe voice over frame-relay is supported directly on

cisco1750.

You do VOIP and voip over frame-relay with frf12 fragmentation support

for map-class but not vofr.

Yes absolutely. Cisco 175x and 1760 both support VOFR. Be sure to run the latest IOS, in 12.2 mainline , to avoid some echo-cancellation bugs with 175x voice ports.
