I am inputting fast dials for several users (75+) and most have over 70 fast dial entries, although the various group members share the same fast dials, I am hoping that I can copy these fast dials to the user profiles....
Re: Can Fast Dials Be Copied Between Profiles ????
After you have added a new user (user ID and password) on Call Manager, log onto ccmuser and then login as the new user ID and password. Then build the fast dials for this user. After you have this completed, use the back button to the ccmuser login screen and login as the next user. You will find that the fast dials you put on the first user are now on the second user. This all assumes you know the user ID and password (in advance) for all users you are adding fast dials.
