Can forward from phone but not exchange

From a phone, after a message we can press 5 to forward a message... no problem. Light lights on target. Form outlook, we press the forward key an choose the person name from the global address book (they are a unity subscriber) and when the message comes into outlook, we can see it, but from the phone, the light does no light and if we log into the phone, there are no new messages or saved messages. Is there a tag that is being lost in the forward process from outlook.

With voice messages, Unity is looking for the custom MAPI message class of IMP.NOTE.Voice.Unity. Messages which are forwarded from one mailbox to another *should* retain this message class as long as they don't leave the Exchange org. Within Outlook you can add a column for the Message Class field. This allows you to view the message class stamped on each message.

If the class if being removed I would start by looking at your virus scanning product. Nothing else comes to mind that would cause Exchange to lose this…
