If I'm on a call on line 2 of my IP Phone and a call comes in on line 1, it waits for 12 seconds before being offered to my CFNA number. I know I can hold me active call and take this new call. Can I somehow reject the new call and send it to my CFNA or CFB number without the 12 second delay?
Thanks for this. But, I believe 'call waiting' controls the action when a 2nd call comes in to a busy line on a phone. What I'm looking for is when a call comes in to a DIFFERENT line on the same phone.
