Can I setup a VWIC-1MFT-E1 in cisco 1760 to use for voice ?

Im trying to setup a VWIC-1MFT-E1 1-Port RJ-48 Multiflex Trunk - E1 inserted in slot 0/0 from a cisco 1760 modular access router. But when I type the command "ds0-group 1 timeslots 1-8 type e&m-immediate-start" It show me the error mesage "%Controller tdm clock does not have voice capability". The router has the IOS image "c1700-sv3y-mz.122-4.YB.bin". I want to connect to a Meridian Opc 11 PBX usign a DTI card. And I am usign Vofr. If anybody know how to do, please help me..

Do you have any DSP's in the 1760. The 1760 requires PVDM's which have the DSP's to be able to process voice calls.

why you not use signaling Qsig for VOFR? It´s a many best mangement. This signalization CCS not have many resource.
