can i use Cisco CallManager Extended Services for make mini ivr for use taps?
i follow the procedure and the minimum requirement is cisco CRA server configured.
my seconde question how i configure Cisco CallManager Extended Services for make i mini ivr?

In order to make an IVR, you must use CRA/CRS or other ivr application that gets integrated with CCM.
In order to get your TAPS working, please see the following link for more info:
(taps has its own built in prompts, etc.; if you'd like a an ivr solution you will need cra/crs)
