Can I use Voice over frame with point to point encapsulated as frame?

I want to setup voice over frame between 2 sites that have a point to point (1mb) circuit. Is it possible to encapsulate as frame and then configure Voice over frame?

No, it is not possible using VoFr without Frame Relay, you might have 3 options:

VoFR with Frame relay as L2 transport.

VoIP with Frame Relay as L2 transport.

VoIP with point-to-point as L2 transport.
