Can IP Phone and a user with dynamically configured VLAN (VMPS) coexist at the same switch port ?
Typically, configuration with IP phone and statically configured user VLAN looks like:
interface FastEthernet0/1
switchport trunk native vlan 111
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport mode trunk
switchport voice vlan 222
spanning-tree portfast
Is there any hints to put user into dynamic VLAN without changing voice vlan configuration ?
Thanks.

Yes, I've read this document. It is suitable for CatOS switch version, and nothing noticed for switches with native IOS.
