Brand new installation of CCM 4.1(3) SR6, we are unsbale to forward calls to external or internal numbers using the phone (softkey forwardall). it says "database error" on the phone when we try to do it?? any ideas??
However if we make the change on the callmanager administration page it takes it and lets us forward calls.
