Can not Forward to 800#'s

I have a phone profile set to forward all calls. The call search space is configured correctly. When I set it to forward to an 800# I receive a busy signal. If I use a standerd long distance number it will place the call fine.

When the 800# is dialed directly from the phone it works fine.

I am using Call Manager 3.1(4b)

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Re: Can not Forward to 800#'s

Route pattern could be doing somthing with the dialed 800 #, take a look at how your routing 800#'s is it the same as LD's. also set your phone to the same CSS and Partition, and see if you can manually dial the 800 #.

After this, it is time to start looking at the traces as why it is failing, this will tell all.
