Can not log on ART by defauly username &password

Dears:

i have installed art from plugin of call manager 3.2. but i can log on by default username :admin and password:admin. it says error 500.

any idea?

Symptom - When bringing up CallManager Web pages, the browser returns 500 Internal

Server Error. Also Extension Mobility may fail to login users. Individual web

spaces fail intermittently with 500 errors.

Condition - CallManager 3.1/3.2, any web client making requests of IIS

Workaround - go into Component Services and unload the CCMadmin or other web

component that is giving 500's, or isn't responding to HTTP requests.

Resolution - Download and install the Microsoft SP2 COM+ Hotfix Rollup 18.3

available from CCO. filename: win-q304218.exe.

to my knowledge this bug was first found on ccm 3.3 but you can try the workaround anyway

CAR logon failed to load if your browser first language is not English language

Symptoms:

Go to browser and remove English or add another language which have higher priority than English

Go to CCMAdmin: Serviceability: Tools: CDR Analysis and Reporting

It gives the following error.

Add English language on the top of your browser.

Symptom:

Selecting "CDR Analysis and Reporting" in tools of CCMService fails with

Error:500 if browser is Japanese and Enterprise parameter of default user

locale is set to Japanese_Japan.

Conditions:

Browser is Japanese and Enterprise parameter for default user locale is

set to Japanese_Japan.

Workaround:

Set Default User Locale of Enterprise parameter to English_United_States

but my broswer language is just english and default user locale is english_united_states.
