Can not login CDR Analysis and Reporting

Hi,

I just installed the CDR Analysis and Reporting plugin for my callmanager. But I can not login with admin/admin login name and password. I got this error message;

Session error

Your session has timed out or you are not logged on.

Hi Kevin,

Are you using DCD or AD integration?

Check this:

CSCdw52774. I've included the bug description at the bottom of

this email. Essentially, the bug states that some the URL you are

trying to access must include illegal characters. A patch for Internet

Explorer now blocks those illegal characters and it causes the URL to

fail.

In order to test the problem, look for the illegal characters in the

URL that are not permitted. The permitted characters are

[A-Z],[a-z]),numbers(0-9)and hyphen (-). Any other characters like

underscore and period are not allowed.

Workaround:

1)Don't use the non DNS characters in the Server Name.

- or -

2)Use the IPAddress to browse the system if the Server Name has non

valid

DNS characters

- or -

3) Use Netscape browser or a IE browser which doesn't have the Q313675

patch.
