Can not play messages through phone using VMO

We just installed Unity 3.02 with Unified Messaging. When attempting to listen to a message via the phone with VMO, we receive an error stating "Unknown Problems are Preventing the Connection to the server" any ideas??<br><br>Thanks AGAIN!!<br><br>Steve Radogna

Make sure you have the name of the Unity server (or an IP address... even better) setup in the options for the media master. Folks often have the call manager server name instead or they're having a DNS issue or another... most common causes for that error message.
