Can not Read Key

I am trying to get the "Upgrade License" to worek, and when I click to generate the code, I get "Can not read key, make sure it is connected." It is, no printer is attached either. I'm using Unity 2.4.6 and want to upgrade to 3.0.2, but I can't register without the code.<br><br>

If you run Key Dump (Unity program group) on the 2.4.6 system, what comes up on the key info? You'll get this message if the serial number the upgrade code was generated for doesn't match what's on the security key itself (you can only apply ugprade codes to one specific key).

Got it figured out this morning, somethign happened in the BIOS and the LPT port was disabled, re-enableing it fixed the problem... Now if I could just get the correct upgrade key from Cisco I would be set!
