I just setted up a CCME environment for a customer office.
All the ip phone functions seems normal, except I can not transfer a call from pstn to the internal user.(assume I'm a receptionist, can not transfer incoming call to other extention)
But the call transfer between the internal phones is ok.
The CCME version is 3.2,ios version is "c2800nm-ipvoice-mz.123-11.T8.bin"
The VG has 8 FXO ports for the PSTN connections.

Hi Gonz,
Yes,I have tried transfer-system full-blind & blind.
In condition of transfer-system blind, the pstn call can not be transfered.
In condition of transfer-system full-blind,the pstn call transfer can make the desti-extention ringing. But when I pickup the phone,I can hear nothing. It seems that the call can not be established properly.
Thanks for your reminder.I will try other parameters next monday.

Are youre ephones setup for dual-line. If not, then you cannot do any consultative transfere.

Hi,
The call transfer function in Full_Consult mode works well. So,this problem is not urgent any more.
But I still feel strange that why blind transfer can not work in this system.Does the incoming caller-id affect this function?
Anyway,thanks you 2's great help.

Hello,
I am having intermittent problems at a client site with blind transfer, specifically with incoming calls that are caller-id blocked. Is anyone having this problem as well?
Thanks
