Can Softphone Work from SOHO ?

I want to use softphone from SOHO via dial-up, but when I did a test with a call, the voice is hard to understand, the voice breaks up.

How can I use the Softphone from SOHO?

Are there a solution tu use it ?

I guess you rae facing bandwidth congestion for voice trafic. You may have to incraese the bandwidth.

I would suggest at the minimum DSL or Cable Modem. Keep in mind though that you cannot do QOS over the internet. If you have many SOHO users you may want to check out www.crystalvoice.com. I have used in in the past and it works pretty good.
