Can someone explain this field in the CDR?

Could you kindly explain in more details which numbers does the below fields refer to. Attached are the full database tables.

We are investigating a call that lasted over 150361 seconds as shown in the attached xls file.

Those numbers are bridgeDN (use for making conference)

Everytime you make a CONF call, lets say a CONF between 1000,1001,1002 you will see (ccm detailed trace) that each of those numbers "dial" that number (b00210518004), to join the CONF bridge.

originalCalledPartyNumber

This number designates the originally called party, after any digit translations have occurred.

finalCalledPartyNumber

For forwarded calls, this number designates the last party to receive the call.

For non-forwarded calls, this field shows the original called party.

While checking the CDR.xls found that this GW is the source. S0/DS1-0@SDA00016460C9EE

which initiate a CONF using this device CFB00016460C9F2.

This should be a 6608 blade, are you havin lot of reports like this?

By the same time do you see other parties using the same bridgeDN? but with less duration?

Only the two entries of that long duration - over 15000 seconds. I will check if there are other reports like this with less duration.

What is the "b" the Original and Final Called Party Numbers. Customer wants to know what the "b" is for in b00210518004.

Phone numbers should generally be according to customer:

Valid extension e.g.:

4305, 4354, 6643

Valid phone numbers e.g.:

927314354, 900162345678

What is this b00210518004?

A DN starting with 'b' designates a conference bridge (i.e. 'b' for Bridge). You should only see these numbers in the finalCalledParty field (though you may see it in originalCalledParty as well, in some instances).

When you see this type of number (starting with a 'b') in the finalCalledParty field, that means that this call record identifies the extension or phone number in the callingPartyNumber field calling into a conference bridge for a conference call. This is quite common, and nothing to be worried about.
